St Anselm’s Stained Glass Project

After months of hard work, I was really pleased to install the windows at St Anselm’s School, Bakewell today with the help of Rob Heath a brilliant joiner from Darley Dale.windows installedThe project started back in September, when I worked with pupils of the school to design the windows.  We used collage and drawing, each class depicting a different school subject such as music and art

The images from each class were made into a design for a stained glass window.  I then cut and painted all the glass sections that were then fired in a glass kiln.

Here are some details of the windows.  I hope they will be enjoyed by pupils parents and staff for many years to come
